Resolve contractual disputes and issues promptly and efficiently. • Collaborate with project teams (civil, electrical, testing & commissioning) to integrate commercial consideration into overall project plans.• Oversee the transportation of project materials from factory to the project site using C&F agents. Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, detailed packing list, Bill of Lading (B/L), Country of Origin Certificate (CoO), Freight Memo, Insurance, Materials Dispatch Clerance Certificate (MDCC), Bill of Entry and customs related documents. • Manage invoicing processes, coordinate payment collections, and ensure timely payment to suppliers and subcontractors. • Facilitate clear and effective communication among project clients, consultants’ subcontractors and internal project personnel. Keep all parties informed about project progress, change, and potential issues. • Prepare and verify documents such as HS-Code, CD-VAT rates, and customs documentation. Handle documentation for Bank Endorsement, Bank Guarantees (PG and APG), Erection All Risk (EAR) insurance, Marine Cargo Insurance, and Letter of Credit (LC) processes. • Prepare subcontractor agreement for civil and electricals works. Review and certify invoices submitted by subcontractors.• Ensure timely renewal and compliance with insurance and LC requirements. Facilitate smooth financial transactions and address any banking-related issues. • Maintain accurate payment records and ensure compliance with contractual terms. • Plays a vital role in ensuring the executing of projects while maintaining strong financial and contractual frameworks.
