Current• Lead teams that develop and manage applications used by over 5000 physicians for a leading (top 3) physician services organization.• Deliver with quality and timeliness on large scale initiatives across IT, including Mobile and Web product development, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Vendor Management. • Build resilient and maintainable enterprise solutions by identifying and evangelizing modern technologies like Infrastructure as Code, Even-driven solutions, serverless computing.• Support business stakeholders by facilitating governance, prioritization, and product road mapping.• Motivate and inspire 4 geographically distributed teams with over 30 engineers and 3 external vendors — intrinsic motivation consisting of autonomy, mastery, and purpose.• Provide predictable delivery and transparency to business using Agile software development methodologies. Enforce WIP (work in progress) limits, so teams focus on specific deliverables within a given timeframe. Currently negotiating with management and organization to implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive increased value.• Manage project portfolio - post-merger integration and application rationalization of software solutions and platforms. Mobile apps on iOS and Android to support physician/hospitalist billing – used by over 5000 Hospitalist and Emergency Room physicians. Analytics and Business Intelligence platform implementation.• Hands-on experience as a solutions architect and full stack developer proficient in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript code and libraries, TSQL, ETL processes, Data Warehousing.
