Over my four year healthcare tenure, I architected and delivered HealthFore's enterprise class hospital information system (HIS) accompanied by a talented and gritty team. As part of senior leadership, I was responsible for hiring and mentoring the talent pool, designing the product architecture, leading technical pre-sales and defining the overall agile delivery practice. The role also presented opportunities to foray into infrastructure and cloud consulting for our healthcare clients ensuring that they always got the best (and biggest) bang-for-their-buck.Through this period I was also HealthFore's transition lead for its acquisition of Sobha Renaissance's (SRIT) healthcare division; my responsibilities included setting up the new development center, code ratification and employee transition; planning and transition was achieved under 45 days, with zero impact to existing customers.

My first gig at product design, financial services and healthcare. Commissioned to setup the .net delivery practice; designed web-trading front end for Indian securities market, HNI portfolio tracker for an Australian wealth management firm and a healthcare product to aid BA/ BE studies for Indian CROs (Clinical Research Organizations).

Out of campus into the corporate world by joining Timken's (worldwide leader in steel and bearings) R&D center in Bangalore. Developer and analyst roles combined, the next 6 years were spent eliciting user requirements and building globalized supply chain and human resource systems for the strong 25,000 workforce. Grew from a developer to a lead while sustaining my passion for building robust software.
