Responsible for building the Reve Group's development team in India. Starting from scratch to 50+ exceptional strong engineering team.Responsible for recruiting, training and to deliver best in the industry products across telecom and security verticals.

-Lead the ATC Labs software development team to commercialize ATC Labs communicator. -Responsible for entire software development team deliverables.-Develop multiple features including understanding and working with real time protocols and their implementations.-Designed and developed mechanism to switch audio codecs/bitrate on the fly depending upon changing network conditions

-Involved in design & development of all software products including SIP based softphone as well as core audio processing products//tools. -Led the feasibility study and architectural design of ATC Labs communicator or Alco, which is SIP based Media Phone with high quality voice/video calls along with a complete office suite and a media player integrated.

-Complete fixed point implementation of floating point implementation of ATC Labs proprietary audio codecs. -Integration of pre and post processing tools to build standalone applications. These include AGC, sample rate convertor, etc.

-Worked on AMR-WB audio codec porting on different DSP platforms like ARM SoC and TI platform.
