 Strictly adhered to Domain Driven Design, Micro Services, Cloud (AWS) and Event driven architecture (Kafka) to design complex digital lending application. Followed REST and designed APIs for B2C, B2B and A2A. Created design artefacts adhering to the architecture principles, governance depicting application, data flow, data storage, deployment, fault tolerance, availability, scalability, security and access control.  Created detailed design using UML (Sequence and process flow diagrams, Data Model, APIs messages, exceptions, resiliency, user and data access control. Led a team Technical architects and Dev leads. Cross functional Collaboration with Dev leads, legal and compliance, Tech Risk (CSO, CISO), Dev Ops and Product right from the beginning before presenting it to Architecture Review Board for final approval. Designed migration for integrating deposits and lending customer base into a central user repository (large & constantly growing). Designed multiple lending initiatives - Concurrent & Subsequent loan, Recovery, Hardships, Communications, Account Management& Agent/Contact Centre Management. Worked on multiple projects simultaneously. Learnt and gained expertise on SmartGWT, Hibernate and Oracle. Strictly followed coding standards in Eclipse 3.4 with Checkstyle, Code formatter, FindBugs and PMD. Included third party libs -Apache commons, XStream to read grid configuration definition from xml. Quartz as job scheduler. Used to load data from one schema to another. Used Eclipse TPTP for performance tuning Database / ORM - Used SQL developer to validate and create SQL queries and migration scripts for production releases. H2 as dev database. Oracle on higher environments. Used Hibernate 3.x with annotations / JPA for all database queries. Including native SQL query. Used Java Persistence API (JPA) for entity mappings. Followed TDD approach for iteration delivery. Used JUnit 4 and Mockito for test cases. Exposure on Selenium to write automated test cases.  Version Control - Used Subversion to maintain code across local, dev and higher environments. Created / managed branches for prod defects and the ongoing releases. Continuous integration –Created ANT scripts for build and deployment on Weblogic. Subsequently integrated with Hudson. Production Support – Checked logs against defects in UNIX to identify root cause.  Worked on core product development and customization for 5 years. Gained expertise on process oriented way of developing products with separate teams for development, quality, publication, patch, usability, release and installation categorized as core and verticals.  Executed projects based on SDLC Waterfall. Well acquainted with Global Delivery Model and Onshore-Offshore model. Drilled down and explored product in depth to know the fine details of its core foundation and framework. Applied this knowledge at  Boeing, Seattle to capture requirements with architect and business analysts on Change management combined with Lifecycle Management. Designed framework and led a team of 12 to successfully execute the fast paced project. Added the then arrived AJAX immediately into the product as Grid Widget - a reusable component, with features – bulk edit, pagination, frozen header, fixed columns and generating reports. Reverse engineered OOTB product to make ACL possible using Javascript and XML. Received excellence award. Applied extensive layered architecture with 3 tier data flow from AJAX, Javascript, and JSP at presentation layer to servlets, java at the server side and MODeL at the database layer for business logic.
