• Responsible for planning, overseeing & leading various 'Data Engineering', 'Data Science' and 'Data Governance' projects from the Ideation stage to completion.• Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.• Defining the project scope and objectives with the key stakeholders and creating WBS to ensure that all the requirements/deliverables are included.• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Documenting all the roles and responsibilities of the team and maintaining a RACI chart• Communicating with the stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing projects, discussing forecast/financials of the projects, any feedbacks to render high quality delivery and to maximize client satisfaction• Facilitate meetings to identify issues and assess risks and keep the project moving forward.• Manage stakeholders and report on project performance• Measure performance against the project plan and determine variances in order to take corrective and preventive actions• Facilitate various Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure effectiveness of the teams.• Obtain final acceptance of deliverables from the client and gather final lessons learned and archiving all the project documents

• Managing end to end implementation of 'Data Engineering' and 'Data Science' projects/programs starting from Project Initiation to Project Closure.• Develop and maintain program plans and schedules, manage dependencies between projects, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success. Develop and maintain risk management plans.• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other external partners. • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular communication and updates on program progress.• Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders• Engage with HR/ Resourcing team for hiring resources as per agreed Job Description and timeline.
