PMC for TPPI Olefin Complex Development Project in FEED stage

- Reviewed detailed design package of Oil Refinery project. The project consists of revamping of existing units and adding new units to increase the capacity and meet Euro-5 specifications. - The reviewed unit are Naphtha Hydrotreating, Isomerization, CCR Platforming, Alkylation & Wet Sulphuric Acid.

- Reviewed project engineering package of new oil refinery design (Train-1 and 2). - Process engineering supported for refinery installation, commissioning, start up, normal operation, and turn around. - Supervised the design, construction, and installation of new oil storage tanks project.- Performed process study and laboratory experiments for developing the existing refinery and new refinery planning. - The main unit are ADU, VDU, furnace, offsite facility, and catalytic cracking pilot plant.

- Provided process simulations and calculations for offshore oil production facilities.- Participated in HAZOP and HAZID.- The reviewed unit are gas-oil-water separator, and piping.

- Provided process simulations, calculations, and designs. - The reviewed unit are LPG plant, CO2 Removal unit, TEG Dehydration unit, and Gas Compressor unit.

- Provided process simulations and calculations for onshore oil production facilities. - The reviewed unit are gas-oil-water separator, and piping.

- Process engineering support for PTA plant normal operation, start up, and turn around. - Process engineering support for developing the existing plant. - The main unit are reactor, crystallizer, rotary vacuum filter, rotary dryer, distillation column, and conveying systems.

- Process engineering support for new PTA plant installation, commissioning, start up, normal operation, and turn around. - Process engineering support for developing the existing plant. - Provided process simulatons and calculation for plant debottlenecking to increase the production capacity.- The main unit are reactor, crystallizer, rotary vacuum filter, rotary dryer, distillation column, and conveying systems.
