With over 20 years experience in the Agricultural sector, I have worked on farms from Kent to the Highlands of Scotland, managed agricultural businesses and been a machinery salesman. I have also run my own Landscaping business and have been involved in Educational Recruitment and Educational Software. My greatest skill is building meaningful working relationships with individuals and companies alike. This allows me to get a true understanding of their requirements and be able to take a consultative approach to providing products and solutions that add genuine and tangible value to their business.I am passionate about children's mental health and I am a volunteer for OCD Action where I am a facilitator for a help group for parents of children with OCD. I also have done some fundraising for them in the past, even being sponsored to give up alcohol for a year!In my spare time I am an avid sports fanatic. Though not as fit as I would like, I still play cricket, tennis, squash and golf. I love watching all sport but particularly rugby and cricket.My philosophy in life is to do as you would be done by.
