I work as mentor for staffs in company. My major task is "Figure and give the team feedback about the better solution for specified problem", It can be:- Basic (such as naming convention, ..) or more complex (application architecture, ...)- Soft skills (such as: how to communicate with client more effective, ..) or tech skills (such as: CQRS, Angular, REST, Microservice, ...)- Specifically problem (such as: how support other member, ..) or virtually problem (such as: be a self-organized team, ...).Beside, I also play as lead of R&D team which in charge of researching new technologies that will be used in future projects (such as: Angular, BEM, LESS, SASS, CQRS, DDD, Microservice, ...)With "Technology serves for business purpose" mindset, this help me so much in daily-work as I can balance between POV of customer(business) and POV of development team (technology).
