Head of the Mercari Group corporate division in charge of Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Global Operations, managing a group of 4 teams with a total of 24 people.- Led group and portfolio strategy in close collaboration with C-level executives, VPs and directors- Designed the strategic roadmap and led the teams to execute on initiatives including ERGs (Employee Resource Groups), D&I and leadership trainings, onboarding programs, language and cross-cultural communication programs, internal governance, process and policy improvements- Implemented the Build@Mercari training & internship program to more than 40 external participants and more than 10 internal engineering teams- Managed and delivered D&I and Leadership trainings to more than 100 other managers and directors.

Manager of a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for engineering programs including onboarding, technical training, process improvement and career development programs for entry-level engineers.- Spearheaded the creation of a career framework and standardized evaluation process across the engineering division. Nominated by the CTO to lead the project end-to-end, worked with a committee of 10 Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to create the Mercari Engineering Principles and Engineering Career Ladder, now released and in use as a career framework and official evaluation process for the engineering organization (~300 people).- Successfully led organizational projects including agile adoption, engineer hiring strategy, engineering PR, company-wide evaluation process and leadership development.

- Hybrid role of Engineering Manager and Tech Lead for a team of full-stack engineers working on new features and improvements for the Quipper e-learning platform. - Main technologies used: Ruby on Rails, ReactJS (Javascript/Typescript), AWS Responsibilities: - Led the team from conducting user interviews alongside our PMs, to defining technical specs, system design, and executing end-to-end implementation and delivery over agile cycles. - Responsible for team member's work assignment, technical mentorship, 1:1s, career development, motivation management and performance evaluations. Other contributions: - Creator and main organizer of the Quipper Devs Conference, a bi-weekly event to share knowledge among all engineers in the company (~40 participants in 4 different countries). The event had more than 15 sessions and was highly evaluated for improving communication and employee experience among engineers. - Core member of the Career Path & Hiring project, a committee of 5 engineering managers to discuss and define a career growth framework for Quipper engineers (career paths, seniority levels, skill rubric, etc) and re-defined the criteria for hiring new engineers. - Core member of the Quipper Code Health project: an initiative among engineers to discuss and implement better code quality and engineering practices, solve technical debts, refactor and improve the codebase of Quipper products.

- Full-stack engineer, working on new features and improvements for the Quipper e-learning platform with 1 designer, 1 tech lead and 2 other engineers from project ideation, planning, system design, implementation and delivery over Agile sprints.- Main engineer of the "Learning Missions" project: a gamification of the student platform, adding learning achievements, experience points and user levels to increase user retention on the platform. Received good reviews from users about the feature after its release.- Creator of the Quipper WebDev Training: an on-boarding course created dogfooding Quipper own's e-learning platform to help new hires on-board on Quipper's development process, tools, and the product specs (business logic, existing features, tech stack and system design).Technologies: Ruby on Rails, ReactJS (Javascript/Typescript), AWS

Part of the core team developing Samsung Kids Mode platform (mobile platform for kids, with parental controls and entertainment apps for children). Worked with engineers and managers across Brazil and Korea to plan and deliver features and improvements.Technologies:- Android SDK (Java)- AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS3 (PWA for Samsung's TizenOS)- Unity Engine with C# scripts (multi-platform gamified app)

Full-Stack engineer responsible for end-to-end development of field-services web systems for large corporations (LG trade marketing system, oil companies, etc). Team: 1 product manager, 3 web engineers and 2 mobile engineers.Technologies: Ruby on Rails, Javascript (jQuery)

IT Intern (1 year): Development of new features and improvement of business sites, intranet and e-commerce. Used wireframing, Scrum, SVN, Java (JSF), Liferay portal, Javascript and C#.Engineering Intern (6 months): Management and customization of CAD engineering software. Developed a Java application to control the user licenses for the engineering software used throughout the company, using plain Java and Swing for UI.

Internship as Java Web Developer.Worked on development of a Java web application to create and control a flow of audio messages for the over-the-phone customer support of CEMIG (Electricity Company of Minas Gerais).
