CurrentMr. Tuttle comes from a distinguished commercial construction background where his involvement in all phases of the industry has served him well. Upon graduation from East Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Mr. Tuttle has focused his efforts on business development and field operations. In addition to these activities, Mr. Tuttle also has been involved in site selection, value engineering, design-build projects, conceptual estimating functions, and extensive dealings with owners, design firms, and city, county, and state officials. He is knowledgeable in a host of building types and has extensive experience in design-build projects. Mr. Tuttle is also an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America, Rotary, and most importantly Christ Ridge P.C.A. Church where he serves as deacon.
