Leading and managing the operations and support of the company are my core responsibilities, as a co-founder and director. This includes business development and ensuring sustainability of the business. KMM out-sources most of the non-core functions, and therefore responsible for managing the delivery from the service providers. KMM being an SMME, the primary services offered to our clients are supported by my skills in project management, business and process analysis, and data-warehousing solutions. Since the inception of the company, I have been involved in projects to perform User Requirements Specifications on behalf of the Information Technology (IT) departments of public sector institutions. My role has also been to manage a number of projects run by these IT departments, since some of them lack capacity internally.Key clients serviced are the National Department of Social Development, Rand Water, Air Traffic Navigation Services (ATNS), Gauteng Social Development and Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA).

My main responsibility at Sasuka was to develop and grow existing business, managing existing projects, and assist in managing the Sasuka human capital.

Perform an assessment on the current business and technical environments for the purpose of reviewing the customer’s current situation, and the conditions that affect the desired solution for Eskom’s Data warehousing and performance management project and manage other client projects such as FNB using SAS.
