My mission is to help organisations and ecosystems achieve high levels of operational excellence to improve productivity, profitability and innovation. The strategy is to carry out practical research, development and innovation activities, to facilitate the creation of multi-actor ecosystems and to teach Lean and Six Sigma methods. The keywords describing the topics currently being worked on are: value chain development, information and material flow, data and evidence-based development, data analysis, applied analytics, design of experiment (DoE), sustainable business models, circular economy, experiments, innovations, lean startup, TRIZ and respect for people.
