I wrote my Master thesis at Hannes Snellman. My thesis topic was Pricing algorithms. I researched whether collusive behaviour of algorithms could be considered as a tacit collusion or is it just a new form of concerted practice.

A four-month Trainee period in the Competition & Procurement team. My typical duties included:- Carrying out research regarding the relevant case - Preparing of drafts of documents to the team- Proofreading, translating and stylisation of different documents - Creating of word, excel and power point presentations related to competition law

Project trainee in the project of invalidating stock certificates. Most often the daily tasks involved customer service via e-mail or phone by aiding the shareholders in the process. I also helped in maintaining the databases.

Customer service and insurance support by phone or by mail. The questions often concerned invoices, clarifying terms and conditions of the insurance in advance, and helping to choose the correct insurance.

Promoting brand, product and service in live events. Duties varied depending on each promotion, the customer company and the clients. Sometimes I would sell products and sometimes my duty was to serve food product samples to the audience.

Filing and managing databases, researching, supporting client service by answering telephone calls and helping clients also at the register office. I was arranging civil marriage appointments as well.

Helping at the office by delivering documents to clients and authorities, handling mail, catering, photocopying and scanning documents and running all sorts of errands that needed to be done at the office.

Helping a group of six to prepare for entrance exam to the Faculty of Law at the University of Helsinki.
