Leading the project with a long distance from Copenhagen. Potential savings 95000 eur.• Arranging and delivering two change audits within Nordic Supply Chain (3 countries, Denmark, Sweden and Finland, over 40 meetings with feedback). These audits were both contributing in creating Nordic supply chain as the highest achiever of commitment and engagement in the Nordic region in the new way of working.• Arranging and delivering two international trainings by own initiative in Copenhagen Nordic Supply Chain with participants from Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
