*Product: Core System BSL ( Basic Support for Lending) of Homecredit.and all related local applications/ modules* Team local VN + Czech Republic ( more than 100 members)- User: all Sale agents,,Telesales on the market; stake holders such as : Anti Fraud, CRM, Account,Payment, Finance....*Platform: Java, Oracle DBOS: Windows server 2012*Duties:-Manage / resolve all incidents from production (Network, SQL, Application issue) on JIRA system: Work with development teams to have a fix | Provide a trouble shooting or workaround to prevent the blocking in production.- Run Api for manipulation data in production (update/delete/Insert) as a procedure to solve problem.- Manage the configuration of role in core system.- Export data from database as business's requirement- Incident commander role: Active on call (24/7) and coordinate with the responsible teams to investigate and delivery a solution urgently to limit the downtime.in production. Conducting meeting with teams to review critical incident and find out the prevented solutions.-Manage the change requests in the production.-Involde in the deployment Sprint with session: Manage the Smoke test and decide GO, NOGO for each new delivery. (Sprint is 2weeks/times)

- Onside at Beiersdorf to support end users (300 users) and the development team locating at Germany- Monitoring the network system and troubleshooting issues. Perform back up data weekly- Cooperate with IPS to ensure that system working well- Manage all incidents on Jira system and work with development team to solve tickets.- Train and support for all plants including coordination with other plants and installation teams.- Participate in development and rollout of new functionality.- Assist in development of guidelines, checklist, procedures and training documentation.

- Onside at SHINHAN Bank to support end user (100 users) and the development team locating at Korean- Monitoring the network system and troubleshooting issues. - Maintenance IP phone system, configurate new IP phone for new banking staff- Cooperate with users, understanding their needs and defining business requirements to be developed- Accept the solution developed based on business requirements and help users to understand how their requirements was solved
