My title here is Data and Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Agile team.> We make sprint planning, refinement meetings and daily on a daily basis in 2-week periods.> We prepare risk analysis and product analysis,> On a monthly basis, we analyze the success of the chatbot and the points we can improve.> Working with other agile teams in service-integrated works, we design flows to use the services.> We are improving the development and testing process with the development team by analyzing our development items so that the customer experience is at the best level.> Using customer data, we prepare analyzes for areas that we can improve both retrospectively and for the future, and we make improvements on the chatbot according to these analyzes.> I learn about chatbot analytics and manage projects end-to-end.

I took part in the Turkcell and Hepsiburada Data projects, My task included;> Cleaning the data, > Classifying it according to categories and fixing errors. > In addition, I observed how processes are managed in human resources and had the opportunity to participate in recruitment interviews in this field.

During this time I worked, I learned about the newly developed Smart Moderation artificial intelligence product. This product has enabled the removal of comments containing unwanted words in the posts of companies that receive a lot of comments. Here, I first worked as a data intern, and in the process I provided manual controls for the training of artificial intelligence and the points where artificial intelligence was lacking.
