The position requires running an average of 1 event a week for 100-400 attendees. I lead a team of four to run events, whilst also leading communication between my employers and the management company of my accommodation on various issues that arise there, in order to improve the lives of residents.

I work as a part of a large-scale initiative aiming to help those with less advantageous starts to life to gain information, advice and confidence in their decisions and applications for higher education

As VP, I attended meetings and represented the Hall Committee and 450 residents, I managed the accounting of a £10,000+ budget using Soldo, and assisted at the ground level with events for residents. I kept residents informed on where our budget was being spent. I grew from the experience of having large monetary and reputational responsibilities.

4-week internship. I created and presented a project focused on increasing income and engagement. Focus was on using data to specify audiences and areas to target for optimisation of current revenue-gathering techniques.
