This business (rental of tower cranes) was established by my father in early nineties. We've decided with my brother to take over in 2007. The business had a long-term value and we had seen big potential for the future as well. So we joined.We've improved processes, professionalized the services, improved quality, integrated the firm into international networks, established operations in new regions, acquired new facilities, improved corporate governance, selected alternative strategic partner for purchases, solved many tough issues. We've also restructured the firm to separate risky operations from assets by series of acquisitions and splits.I am now mainly in charge of managing cash flows in relation to our long-term investments, valuing deals/new business ideas/leases and optimizing financials to enhance effectiveness.
