I bring over 30 years of Airport Operations, with twenty of those years in the position of Executive Leadership. I have been directly involved in all areas of airport operations, above and below wing, planning, marketing, pricing, new startups, employee motivation and coaching, recruiting, managing a direct hiring center, and all financial aspects of the operation.I am a go-getter and not afraid to get my hands into the operations to understand the most minute aspect of it. With Unifi, I managed their largest operations, the ATL hub. I had over 4000 employees that reported to me and managed a portfolio of over $100M annually. In Atlanta, we performed work within 9 lines of operation, from above and below wing, to fueling, to mail and cargo, to wheelchair assistance, aircraft cleaning, and facility maintenance.I also managed hubs for United in EWR, DEN and ORD. I was in charge of the largest hub operations within the company and managed each of these. The key to success in these operations is employee care and concern, customer relationships and relationship building, forward growth, while maintaining the financial success in the balance. This is the major focus, keep employees happy and productive, treat them right, and the others fold into place. I also manage a 501c3 Charity that supports EMT and Paramedic education and training. I founded this charity in my 23 year son's name, the Frankie Valente Scholarship Fund, he passed away in the line of duty in 2018 and to date we have raised over $100K in funding to help First Responders at all levels.
