Develop, implement and spearhead programs, initiatives and policies to increase new membership, retain existing members, and boost overall engagement. Provide leadership, training and scheduling for a team of up to 15 tour guides and volunteers. In addition to all membership activities, coordinate and direct front desk, north entrance door and visitor service workflows, with a focus on ensuring consistently superior guest satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the Director of Communications to define and reach the target audience and members. Create, curate and manage published content to increase brand awareness, enhance online reputation and support marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with Masonic lodges nationwide through regular contact. Track and measure program and campaign results.• Published promotional materials for the George Washington Memorial Society, which significantly grew membership.• Played a key role in implementing COVID-19 policies, thereby enabling the memorial and museum to continue operating safely throughout the global pandemic.• Assisted the organization through Blackbaud certification, which will enable the transition to the ALTRU platform.
