My initial stint in career, which was extensively in services industry at Delhi and Chennai with leading publishing company, management consultants, HR and Real estate, it is my first and the only experience in IT with Polaris (Intellect) till date. I have initially played a role of PMO at Enterprise Group Level, which was handling the projects in US, Euro GEOs. The activities involved like tracking and monitoring of Project plans, manpower allocations, cost, revenue and onsite travel co-ordination to some extent. I have also handled plan tracking for few projects executed for Travlers - USA, Deutsche Leasing - Germany & NBAD - Middle East. In 2008,I have taken up in-depth project plan tracking and co-ordinating & reporting of testing related activities for projects for JPMC, Deutsche Leasing, Migros etc.. With regard to quality compliance, my role was restricted only at co-ordination or pointing to the right stake holders to the quality team.In 2011, I have moved to Sales Organisation of Polaris reporting to GEO Head covering the business generation across Middle East & APAC. Currently designated as Sr. PMO (Sales Operations), my role involved in complete opportunity tracking at various stages from lead to closures, co-ordination with various stake holders like Region Head / Account Manager’s / Account Directors and Presales folks for funnel creation and responding to various opportunities. Planning & Analysis of various data points to enable the management to take various decisions on timely basis. Preparation of Business Plan in co-ordination with Region Heads for GEO and tacking and reporting to GEO head on monthly basis. Tracking and report the new deal closures and prepare loss analysis etc. on periodic basis. My Dashboards are widely appreciated by management. At the outset, the last 10 years was full of learning and great experience under the guidance of various PDs, Delivery Unit Heads and Sales Head.
