Playing pivotal role in implementing the SMT (Self managed team) / HHT( Hand Holding team) concept & achieved the DPCO of 1.31 times.Completed the project for Ointment plant installation.

Successfully carried out the automation of material movement resulting in bringing down the production time by 7%.Instrumental in increasing the yield for Atenolol range by strategically reducing the process loss by 2%.Streamlined the process of cleaning and reduced the changeover time resulting in increased up time. Successfully faced MHRA / MCA audits & came out with flying colours.

Successfully carried out the automation of material movement resulting in bringing down the production time by 35%.Instrumental in increasing the yield by strategically reducing the process loss by 2% and non-productive hours by 12%.Streamlined the process of cleaning and making amendments to cleaning validation, which reduced the changeover time. Improved the appearance of tablets and brought down the production time via process modification initiative.

Production. Successfully coordinated the MCA Audits and came out clear.

Production.Streamlined the process used in the Ointment section for manufacturing "Gel" resulting in reducing production time from 1.5 shifts to 1 shift.Increased crimping from 2 fold to 3 fold and resolved the leakage problem for one of the products.Changed the position of Lacquer in the tubes for efficient use.

Production.Achieved highest production of 5.35 Lac tubes per month vis-à-vis the previous highest production of 2.18 Lakh tubes per month.Successfully handled the P & G Audit in the company.
