• Direct report to local Engineering Coordinator and to the Global Engineering Manager (EUA);• Change Management for new product developments and current production items;• Timeline, APQP activities, Shop floor support to local leaders, Continuous improvement activities, Change Management for all product change needed;• Application Engineer working with global teams, supporting and being supported from Technical Centers In USA, Poland and China;• Local engineer reference for administrative team support, like: Purchase, Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality for all clarifications and doubts about the product development, key program dates, audits, customer feedback, validation tests; • Support in the supplier development for engineering issues;• Supporting local team for customer technical requirements, key dates and customer interface.

• Report to the Plant Manager and team management of 14 people;• Strategic and Operational Management for local team being as macro targets: Production support, Maintenance support, Process and tolls improvements, new processes development and/or new items implementation;• CAPEX definition together the Plant Staff for the current year. Strategic Plan for the Process Engineering Area, including plant investments, new equipment acquisition, infrastructure improvement, equipment for retrofit, people training and tool shop;• Engineering team coordination for processes developments, improvements projects like (cost reduction, quality improvement, lean projects) in the rubber injection/presses, plastic injection, metallic stamping parts, and several assembling processes;• Department Budget definition and control;• Shop floor oriented keeping team focused on improvements, new demands and seeking for processes, product and quality problem solving;• Industrial processes development for new products, tooling, devices and gages suppliers, assuring the deadline meeting, quality and processes robustness (standard processes, error proofing devices) and costs.Main Projects and Achievements:• Workflow system implementation (controlled by software) to the Processes Engineering routine activities to organize and record the department activities, generating relevant advantage for the documents control and information flow;• Pre-Set creation for the tooling area, generating better support to the Production area (internal customer).

• Report to the Plant Manager and Quality Director (EUA) team management of 11 people;• Strategic and Operational Management for local team being as macro targets: Customer Support, Supplier Management (receiving inspection, complaints, etc), Quality System management ISO/TS16949 (Actual IATF16949), VDA 6.3 and ISO14000;• Quality Key Indicators Definition (KPI’s), establishing new targets and corrective actions for the current indicators;• Supporting Suppliers problem solving that may cause internal production interruption and/or customer quality concerns;• Monitoring and conducting internal certification audits in accordance with quality requirements and customer audits, generating action plans, when necessary, and presenting systematic reports on quality requirements (QSB Fiat, QSB GM, VDA 6.3, among others).Main Projects and Achievements:• Creation and implementation of the Customer Complaints Matrix with data stratification to facilitate and guide action plan;• Reduction for customer complaints by approximately 50% in two years.

• Report to the Engineering Manager. Team management of two Product Engineers;• Product development programs management - Heat Shields;• Coordination of Product quotation, final design definition, and Product development (Project, Process and Quality documentation) testing and validation until having the customer approval for serial production;• Monitoring of compliance with the technical requirements of the product, deadlines and established costs;• Study and analysis of possible product and process modifications to improve quality and reduce costs;• Support to the Sales, Quality, Manufacturing and Customer sector, regarding technical aspects;• Presentation to the customer (EQF) of all the technical documentation of the development process, ensuring the final approval of the products (PAPP).

• Elastomers component developments ( powertrain components like: rubber cushion, rubber boots, air ducts, center bearings for driveshafts, rubber bushings among others; • APQP and PAPP documentaion development and control;;• Design definition, project timing, quotation for several applications, Customer support;• Product technical definition.
