Cutting corners is not an option when I work. I have done much construction work in high school and have learned how important it is to build a structure properly. Confrontation is a part of life, I understand that, but how the confrontation is handled is a craft, one I have excelled at, but am still fully learning. - Training people takes patience. You could accomplish the task right then and there, but then the trainee doesn't learn anything. In developing a training course for an iPhone repair company, I have worked with many skill levels and mind sets. Some have analytical minds that see the way things connect like a puzzle. Others will learn through the repetition of doing the same task multiple times. While others still will use the guide every single time they attempt something. People are not all "wired" the same; this is true for learning as well. - Computer troubleshooting and maintenance are things I have put much time and effort into. Training for A+ computer certification presently.- Technology is second nature to me. I am presently an iPhone repair technician. I have been repairing electronic devices since 2008.
