I lead a team of 30 customer service frontline personnel, who are responsible for the handling of all service item follow up's and co-ordination at the stores,they also handle redemption of credit card points, the handle the purchases of our vouchers. My team also handles all customer complaints related to the stores and co-ordinates with the respective store managers and Department heads to find solutions for customers.The other major role, i have in this position is that i am also the in house trainer for all customer service and sales related training not only due to my extensive experiance as a trainer in previous employment but also as a former Regional Manager and Head of Sales in two seperate industries mainly Automotive and Logistics.

Responsible to manage and lead 48 sales outlets in the Northern Region to achieve the yearly Sales targets and also maintain a very high standard of service to our esteemed customers. The northern region sales turnover per month averages around 100 million ringgit per mth, as our average sales per month is about 2000 units.

My team is responsible in developing the entire branch and dealer sales network for proton Edar. We handle network consolidation and redevelopment activities, We determine the Sales SOP's and conduct compliance audits.We organise all events, like conferences, test drives etc for the sales division.We are qualified Sales Trainers responsible to conduct product and soft skill based sales training for the Edar Sales network as well,as & the human capital development team requires our expertise.

Head of Sales for HQ & Central which contributes 70% of nationwide total revenue of estimated 70million ringgit per annum at that time. I was accountable to lead the Sales teams of Central and later HQ to meet or exceed the sales objectives/goals set by the company. My was also responsble to assist in Credit Collection and to ensure clients credit terms do not exceed what as been agreed in their contract with Nationwide.
