I have been a communications professional for more than 20 years with a rich and successful background working in both corporate and nonprofit director roles. My specialities include public/media relations, corporate communications, marketing, video and the media. And, I love what I do! As an entrepreneur, I founded Vignieri Communications, a public relations consulting firm, focusing on communication strategies, public/media relations for corporations, nonprofits and government agencies. In 2006 I put my company on hold to assume the role of Chief of Corporate Communications at Vistage International in San Diego. During my four-year tenure I led a dedicated team and broadened the company’s brand awareness through of combination of national and international media exposure, social media and video. My most recent corporate roles have included handling national accounts as Vice President for KCD Public Relations in San Diego; as Vice President of Public Relations for LPL Financial in San Diego; as Director of Communications for the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and as a press secretary for the governor's office in the state of Minnesota.
