• Built custom chatroom software in Python and React for an interdisciplinary group of scientists using OpenAI’s GPT-3 model. Wrote load tests to ensure performance with 1000+ simultaneous users.• Analyzed relational data from field experiments and created reports for the group.

• Created the open-source software stack that drives “The Wall,” the floor-to-ceiling interactive display in the lobby of BYU’s computer science building, seen by 1000+ students daily. This included writing an end-to-end developer platform, a custom continuous integration pipeline, and messaging code for LiDAR point cloud data.• Helped 5 students build interactive, educational experiences on the display wall platform.• Built an interactive drone perspective flythrough of BYU campus in Unreal Engine 5 using highly detailed photogrammetry data captured by drones.• Pitched and built an interactive 3D visualization for the display wall using authentication data from 5000+ routers on campus to show daily movement over campus. Engineered a custom communication pipeline between Python backend and Unreal Engine 5 frontend. Worked with BYU’s IT department to create a data sharing agreement to address privacy concerns.• Handled Linux administration, including managing multiple systems with systemd and Nginx. Created a custom Python system to automatically manage Docker containers.
