As an experienced real estate financial executive, Tom has a thorough understanding of the needs of property owners and tenants and has been highly successful in wealth creation through real estate. Tom understands the various financial and tax information and system needs of the industry having been responsible for over 25,000 units at more than 100 facilities and involving over 100 partnerships. Tom is an expert in business process optimization bringing these skills to Ryntal Property Management to serve its clients.As an active member of his community, Tom has served in as a board member, officer and committee chair for various companies, charitable and community service organizations, and associations. Tom also actively supports his profession as a member of NARPM, RASM and several local Chambers. Tom has received various awards recognizing him for his contributions to the profession.Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Tom resides in Florida with his wife Kathy.
