As the Deputy Intelligence Officer, my role is to supervise intelligence support to Integrated Training Exercises and Marine Air Ground Task Force Warfighting Exercises, and develop and execute all aspects of the Adversary Force Exercise. Additionally, I research and understand peer adversary capabilities and follow new Marine Corps innovation initiatives to integrate into the exercise constructs to better train and serve Marine Corps tactical units.

Sheepdog Strong is a fitness concept and business tailored specifically for those serving in the military, law-enforcement, first responder communities. These men and women aren't afforded the luxury of fitness specialization but must bring sufficient strength, speed, power, and stamina as needed and on demand. Intelligence Operations Planner with Exercise Control at the Marine Corps Tactics & Operations Group. This role requires me to study threats to American interests in order to design conflict scenario's and subsequently act as the higher headquarters Intelligence staff during exercises in support of U.S. Marine Corps training objectives.

As a consultant, I seek to streamline processes across all departments through internal processes and software solutions to increase margin and enable rapid growth for the organization and its partners.

-Manage, train, and lead upwards of 45 cross-functional specialists in highly dynamic and complex environments. -Advise and work with executive level staff on maintaining operational lines and accomplishing key strategies with maximum effect.-Responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and logistics of more than $25mil in equipment in support of company KPIs and strategy.-Serve as the primary liaison between the company and national level agencies and organizations to ensure common interests are aligned. -Ensure the whole of the organization is informed of critical information in support of training and operational design by publishing reports, conducting public briefings, and maintaining web-based data for organizational consumption.

Tony's military career has been diverse and unique, sending him around the world to conduct operations in numerous, distinctive cultures. During these travels, he has found himself from operating independently within 12 member teams to serving in key staff positions responsible for more than 1000 servicemen and women. Three specific focus areas have been interspersed throughout his career: Advising/Consulting, Strategic Analysis and Operations. In each, he has personally managed and led upwards of 50 service members through highly complex environments and organizational changes. In Advisory/Consulting roles, Tony learned baseline Iraqi Arabic to effectively communicate with partner forces and lead all members to a common objective during a 7 month tour. In follow-on appointments, he worked with and taught U.S. foundational operations to other partner foreign militaries, from the most junior service members to senior members of the Kuwaiti and Australian Defence Forces. Tony's primary specialty in Intelligence Analysis kept him responsible for the security of thousands of U.S. personnel and foreign citizens during 5 overseas deployments. The purpose of Intelligence being to "drive operations," Tony led and managed numerous specialists in an effort to personally advise the commander and operations section in the maximal employment of unit assets and personnel. In doing so, he personally wrote more than 200 analytical reports and presented hundreds of briefs to junior service members and Commanding Generals alike, all along mentoring others to take charge in his place.In Operations, Tony was given the chance to effectively lead Marines in the conduct of high-stress, high-risk operations in the most challenging environments around the world. It was this environment that truly developed his principles of leadership and his ability to overcome challenges.
