I currently underwrite and decision loans within my $2,000,000 individual credit authority within the SBA program. Also underwrite loans above $2,000,000 for our loan committee approval.

Manage underwriting team and supporting staff in the Small Business Finance division that focuses on SBA, 504 and USDA lending. Responsible for managing underwriting pipeline and assignments; review all loan submissions; decision loans within delegated authority; single loan authority of $3,000,000; oversee underwriting process/guidance; Review all loan submissions to be decision by Chief Credit Officer up to $10MM; work closely with Business Development Officers in prescreening/structuring loan request; work closely with Servicing and Closing deparment; oversee credit training; report directly to Chief Credit Officer.

Responsibilities: complete and review all loans submitted for underwriting for accuracy, eligibility and compliance; monitor and manage workflow/pipeline daily for the department to ensure turnaround time is within the division’s allotted timeframe; provide training for other Credit Analysts; ensure lender meets SBA, USDA and Bank guidelines; assist Business Development Officers in training of SBA products, credit policy, loan structuring and customer assistance. Assist loan Closers and Servicing Managers in processing the loan

Responsibilities: Decision loans within credit authority of $750,000; Reviewed all loanssubmitted for decision for accuracy, eligibility and compliance including loans exceedingmy authority; managed team of more than 10 credit analysts; monitor workflow/pipeline dailyfor the department to ensure turnaround time is within the division's allotted timeframe;provide training for credit analysts; supervise credit analysts in the preparation ofcredit analyses, spreading financials, and meeting SBA and Bank guidelines and completingcustomer calls; Team Leader for special committee that implemented new process andprocedures to improve division process/workflow/turnaround time; assist BusinessDevelopment Officers in training of SBA products, credit policy, loan structuring andcustomer calls.

Responsibilities: Assist Credit Supervisor and Credit Manager in reviewing commercialloan presentations and special projects; Assisted Credit Analyst in underwritingcommercial loan requests; Continued to perform the duties of a Credit Analyst, whichincluded analyzing and reviewing commercial loan requests, financial statement analysis,appraisal review, and other related duties; determining quality of credits, assessinglevel of risk, validating business/personal financial data, monitoring loan policy,assisted in implementing procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities: Promoting and selling bank services, processing customer transactions,assisting customers with inquiries, balancing currency, balancing vault and limiting riskexposure.

Supervising residents, providing residence hall security, completing and organizing informational and analytical reports.

Responsibilities: Supervised and managed a staff 50+ employees, aiding in thedevelopment and discipline of sixteen hundred students within the residence halls,managing records, budgets and reports and planning student events
