My goal in life is to motivate, inspire, and help others lead richer, happier, and healthier lives. It is all about love, compassion, and connections. I strive to innovate learning and broaden perception to enhance how we view ourselves and our important place in the world, universe, and beyond. I am passionate about critical contemplative inquiry and pedagogy, and am dedicated to bringing mindfulness and anti-oppression teaching practices into all aspects of education (teaching, leadership, administration, etc.).
