Self employed moderator responsible for dealing with customer concerns and complaints, dealing with technical issues and billing issues. Was required to have a reasonable level of computer literacy and knowledge of the companies many applications and the differences that exist on its different devices in order to efficiently deal with all problems posed by at all times maintaining a customer service mindset.

As the secretary of the Army LGBT Forum, I was responsible for the general organisation of the forum including passage of information and communicating where needed with very senior military officers. I produced agenda and minutes for meetings as well as presenting at meetings any extra work that I was responsible for doing. I also produced and edited the forum newsletter. The secretary also formed part of the small team that organised the yearly LGBT conferences for the Army and where required, presented at them. This role took place concurrently to my normal work as an infantry soldier.

My work as an infantry signaller sees me providing a secure and reliable communication link back to a higher level headquarters regardless of the environment.As an Application Specialist, I am a subject matter expert on a number of military programs used for creating situational awareness both on the battlefield and in training. I also work alongside the system manager to ensure we have and maintain a fully functioning data network that integrates higher formation headquarters with our own headquarters.Additional to my operational role, I am the Secretary of the Army LGBT Forum. Here I acted as the central hub for information passage between HQ Army, The Army LGBT Forum and individual serving soldiers. I am responsible for minuting meetings and organising events and ensuring that all our members know what is going on.

Supporting young people in Sandwell to become engaged in political processes in their local area, town and the wider borough.As a peer inspector, I visited numerous other youth groups or activities around the borough and reported on their work. From this I wrote a report which recorded the learning outcomes, potential failings and recommendations for that particular group.
