I am beginning a new career as a Data Analyst by learning and growing my knowledge using languages such as Python and SQL, and using platforms such at Tableau to develop my skills.Over the past decade I have worked in a customer facing role at one of the UK's largest Casinos in both hands on and supervisory roles. In this role I mastered numerous skills and developed professionally as someone who:- Has the ability to work in a team within a culture of mutual trust and respect, while utilising strengths to develop myself and others.- Has an assertive but empathic and diplomatic personality who is seen as a role model and is comfortable working in an environment with contrasting needs and has a proactive approach to resolving problems.- Is an exceptional and honest communicator who is open to new ideas.- Is able to remain calm in demanding situations, prioritise tasks.Since 2020 I began to self learn Python and SQL by utilising codecademy courses and completing various projects with friends. Through doing this I quickly realised that this was the direction I wanted my career to take and have since Joined Xander Talent, where i have been putting my skills to use as well as constantly learning new skills and expanding my current knowledge base. I am eager to keep on learning and am excited about what this new career will bring.
