Responsible for managing the team of IBMS Implementation Team Managers, Service Desk Manager, and IS Consultants across all regions.Key Responsibilities include:• Continuously improving the Implementation and Support methodologies, introducing relevant tools and templates to ensure that clients benefit from highly effective implementation and support processes.• Proactively forecasting the future demand for Implementation Services staff according to anticipated business needs • Maintaining regular contact with project management regarding client requirements and feedback on IS contributions. • Ensuring that staffing levels (quantitatively and qualitatively) suit the business plan • Improving recruitment, selection and induction practices to minimise time to market with new joiners.• Managing the work schedule and allocating IS staff to projects to achieve optimised use of the available resources and effective service delivery to the clients.• Providing leadership and maintaining good people management practices to ensure that staff remain engaged and motivated• Developing standardised training methods and materials for the IS team to use across all projects and clients, improving the learning experience for clients, • Encouraging continued product learning practices and routines so that all IS staff are able to develop their subject matter expertise and implementation skills

A newly created role responsible for establishing a comprehensive training and development strategy for SintecMedia.Key Responsibilities include:• Identifying training and development needs within SintecMedia through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department managers and H.R.• Designing and developing training and development programmes for SintecMedia employees and client users, keeping within allotted budgets and documenting R.O.I.• Developing an effective new joiner induction programme which can implemented consistently across all departments• Managing the delivery of staff development programmes, via internal facilitation and by involving third party stakeholders.• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees and evaluating the impact of all training delivered. Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.• Evaluate the impact of e-learning techniques and build a catalogue of blended learning courses that can be made available to clients either via WebEx, LMS or on client site.• Explore LMS options and implement a system to centralise all global training materials, improving delivery, consistency and tracking of training content.

•Responsible for liaising with business analysts during client business reviews to correctly determine and evaluate client requirements•Required to establish optimum approaches to configuring IBMS•Responsible for formulating, preparing and delivering training sessions on IBMS functionality, both on client sites and within the Pilat head office.•Configuring and testing the training system to ensure stability•Responsible for providing on-site support during the implementation of IBMS and during the “go live” period.•Liaising with QA team to assist with product testing•Creating and developing user guides and workflow documents

•Responsible for all EST, VOD, PPV, PAY and Free TV clients within Scandinavia, Iceland, Albania and Africa•Responsible for reviewing and analyzing client contractual and technical requirements and the research / distribution of transmission and publicity materials (tapes, files, subtitles, audio tracks, scripts, MCSs) to broadcasters in adherence to all contract specifications•Liaising with International vendors and shipping agents in London, New York and Los Angeles to ensure materials are created to client specifications and dispatched in a timely fashion.•Monitoring license term end dates and the retrieval of broadcast materials from clients•Managing the digital “on boarding” of all EMEA clients.
