Cor started his carrier in the Composite and Wind Industry at the end of the 70´s as a pioneer in a fast developing marked. Starting up the first composite wind turbine blade production on industrial scale, with the Stork 5WPX (5 meter span) blade.Thereafter as manager Production Development at Aerpac (taken over by Enron / GE-Wind). In 2001 Co-founder of AERT (Suzlon Blade Technology).With his mechanical and electronic skills, he developed during his carrier several machines and devices, used in the composite rotor blade production on many places around the world.Because, in his opinion, the possibilities to develop new production techniques were too slow within a running production company, he founded his own company Twenco in 2007. Some developed products are: - Resin and paste mixing equipment- Resin infusion vacuum systems- Mold turning devices- Blade balancing systems. And nowadays specialized in root end drilling machine centers with multi servo drilling devices, automatic tool changing and mold heating control systems.The newest developed, and patented technology, is the non-contacting process monitoring sensors measurement. Monitoring the process of a composite part from liquid to solid.This includes; - Resin arrival- Flow speed- Viscosity behaviour- Curing grade up till end of curing.The technique is based on measuring the dielectric material changes during the production process.
