As a Primary Care Paramedic, this role is crucial in ensuring the effective and safe provision of medical care to remote idigenous communities. The responsibilities encompass providing Primary Care support within a nursing station, assisting with patient care and clinic visits. As well this role provides emergency support for the community, providing community response, emergency treatment, and organizing effective transport out of community to hospitals.
Primary Care Paramedic - Flight Team

This position also assists our Learning Commons with Proctoring examinations, and liaison between campuses for and our Learning Commons. While in this role, the position has also assisted with Project Management in setting up the Health Education Centre within the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital and setting up our Fairview campus labs and classrooms.
