With a forty plus year career in the world of Information Technology, I’ve seen tremendous change over the years – with one constant; the absolute requirement for customers to receive stellar customer service after the sale for all of their critical business solutions; especially those closely tied to their strategic (LoB) Line of Business objectives. When not working, I enjoy spending my personal time visiting and hiking within many of the great National Parks we are so fortunate to have in this country or attending/participating in anything motorsport related; cars, motorcycles, etc., with family or close friends.
