Dedicated to using research to inform climate policy, I testified before the U.S. Congress House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology in 2019 and briefed the Senate Arctic and Ocean Caucuses in 2017. I am also a lead editor for the annual NOAA Arctic Report Card, and I spearhead efforts to improve climate knowledge exchange. For example, I lead QGreenland (a Greenland GIS data research/education tool) and PolarPASS (a polar-focused education project). I am also the Research Synthesis Lead for the Navigating the New Arctic Community Office and a Steering Group member of the Greenland Ice Sheet Ocean Science Network (GRISO).
