With 20 years of experience in computer and network support including 13 of those years primarily supporting VoIP and networks, as well as project management and customer service, I offer a diverse IT skill set with significant experience in communications and computer networks. In previous roles I was the troubleshooter flown out to assist in installations and difficult problems, and still to this day get calls from former coworkers for support. Customers routinely send in letters of praise to my management, and past awards for performance show consistency over many years. In my 20 years of formal continuous IT employment I have experienced all aspects of support in many diverse environments from large law and banking firms to education to manufacturing. Having been through several computer technology transitions throughout my career it has been repeatedly proven that I have an uncanny ability to learn new technologies and understand them quickly. My experience and knowledge is diverse, however knowing that it’s never complete and a continuing desire to grow and learn is what continues to make me a valuable asset for Pinnacle's team.
