I like to help clients gain new perspectives, gently challenge and encourage change and growth. I work with individuals and couples as well as parents to help them better understand themselves and their relationships with others in their lives. Exploring issues of failure, loss, fear, shame, anxiety and depression can be scary, but with the help of a psychotherapist it can be less intimidating and ultimately liberating. Working collaboratively with my clients in an empathic, non-judgmental and safe space, I am passionate about helping them improve their relationships, deal with difficult personal issues and life transitions.I am committed to helping clients with warmth, compassion and a strong therapeutic relationship that supports them in navigating life's challenges. Working with clients to develop self-awareness and acceptance and process difficult emotions (using EMDR) so that they can grow and learn to help themselves outside of therapy and long term is my goal.
