Since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, I have been living in the beautiful Bay Area honing my professional skills in operations management and leadership. As Director of Field Operations and Response with The Marine Mammal Center, I oversee a department of 350+ phenomenal staff and volunteers across 600 miles of California coastline who take reports of sick and injured otters, sea lions, even sea turtles at times; complete onsite assessments and rescues at land at sea; transport the animals to our field offices or our state-of-the-art hospital in Sausalito; and release them back to their ocean home after our hospital team nurses them back to health. In my last role, I oversaw operations for an organization that provides one-on-one care to people living with dementia, managing all departments and business operations; developing and implementing projects related to growth; policy development and implementation; HR support; and finding ways to improve the lives of our clients and our 60+ teams of 120+ caregivers out in the field.Outside of the office, I love to sing and to travel, and I'm an avid runner.
