• Review resumes in Talent Dashboard to recruit, Supervise, and train staff.• Work with Key Holders to ensure store is properly marketing new items and displayed.• Offer constructive feedback to all employees of successes and challenges, consider ways forimprovement and build on strength.• Collaborate with Store Manager, District Manager, and RVP on setting and achieving company goals.• Verify inventory, receive shipments and inspect them for quality based on current QA requirements for produce for the grocery department.• Organizing merchandise to properly display them to maximize purchasing appeal.• Speaking directly with customers to build strong relationships, promote sales, advise of new products, engage with local businesses in the community for charity offers for Seasonal items.• Review daily, weekly and, monthly sales reports to provide feedback to District Managers when needed and adjust employees’ hours to compensate sales.• Interact with customers and resolve all complaints or grievances while maintaining company'sintegrity.• Inspect the store to maintain high safety and sanitation standards to protect both employees and customers.• Approve payroll weekly and ensure accurate record keeping of all employees.
