Key Accomplishments: 1) Lead development for Ford's 1st LED headlamps project (Nominated for HFTA), 2) Implemented taillamp gimp post-TT with parts available for PP, 3) Drove resolution to lightbar bowing during manufacturing process and 4) Implemented lightbar gimp to resolve craftsmanship see through and prevent water ingress into the liftgate spoiler and 5) Worked with Supplier to resolve Chrome Spear Pull Away from Liftbar.
