Tiffany Thomas is a seasoned Program Manager whose mission is to ensure that youth, families, and communities are connected with resources and support behavioral health and strengthen wellness. She received a bachelor’s of degree in Human Services and Women’s Studies from East Tennessee State University. Currently she is engaging with the youth and young adult facing Jewish organizations within Cincinnati to collaborate current and needed supports for behavioral health supports within existing programming. She works with embedded JFS Clinicians to support the clinician work they offer within synagogues, day schools, etc. to ensure that the mental health needs of youth and young adults are being met. Her work history includes extensive support and oversight of a statewide outreach campaign, bringing together youth, schools, communities, organizations, and government entities to raise awareness around the importance of children’s mental health on a grassroots level. She also worked to raise support for maternal mental health awareness statewide, ensuring that pregnant, new mothers, partners, and their families had access to appropriate resources for the transition into parenthood and for the mental health supports needed during this crucial period of time. Originally from Tennessee, she has combined her southern roots with a deep appreciation for all things Cincinnati. She finds joy in a good hike, cup of coffee, a new book or podcast, and is a theater enthusiast.
