Crest attic was begun along with my partner in Nashik, where we handled few Small scale projects of Interior and architectural planning. Initially we got our hands of 1bhk flat, living room, cafe interiors and 4 Unit Row house Project. We had good team spirit to carry out our works on time. Mostly used Auto-cad for initial level planning and sketchup for 3D modelling and explorations and rendered with V-ray. Payed site visits, managed all agencies involved in the work, made necessary changes at given circumstances on site. For our first architectural construction project, we did all the planning layouts according UDCPR norms on Auto-cad with FSI calculations applied. Prepared Municipal drawings, Working Drawings, MEP drawings, Brochures and presentation drawings. For exteriors, explored on Sketchup and V-ray for massing and colour combinations. Payed site visits for the all the stages of construction of the Project, made required changes & modifications depending upon the site's situations. Last but not the least did all the finial finishes selections according to the finalized 3D model, which turned out to be an amazing structure.

Roles in Architectural design & Planning:-Understood client’s requirements and worked on the conceptual to completion levels of Bungalows & Farmhouses.-Worked on the FSI & Area calculations according to the UDCPR norms, and scheduled the area statements.-Worked on compilation of Documents for filing Building Permission Certificate, Completion Certificate & Occupancy Certificate. Worked on Designs according to clients’ belief in Vastu Shastra.-Prepared Municipal Drawings,& worked on 3D Models, later developed Working Drawings. -Worked in collaboration with the specified Agencies, Expertise & Contractors. Approached them for Site Updates and needs.Roles in Interior design & Planning:-Personally visited sites to Review it’s condition and to take Measurements. -Prepared rough Estimates in accordance with the client’s brief.-Worked on basic planning and then explored it in the SketchUp in compliance with client’s tastes, prepared colour & material pallets.-Reviewed and worked on the Essential Services, prepared False ceiling, Furniture, Electrical, AC ducting, Fire fighting & Toilet layouts.-Accompanied with Clients for Materials & Decor selections.

-Contributed in designing Row houses and Bungalow units for a Housing Scheme in Goa.-Worked on Exterior Design Concepts for projects with the help of SketchUp & Lumion.-Worked on planning out design according to the FSI for the Project of Apartments with Commercial shops.-Also contributed in other Public Building projects i.e. School & Guest houses.
