1.Ensure plant Quality System, Procedures, SOPs and WIs are met and updated according to national and international regulation(ISO 9000, ISO 22716, cGMP, JAKIM Halal, MUI Halal, TGA, and cosmetic regulation ) and corporate policies/standards. Manage quality system internal and external audit affair.2.Involve in supplier(RM,PM,CM) , warehouse(3PL), copacker management, audit, and assessment program.3.Participate in quality risk management and manage the execution process validation control program, engage to manufacturing process quality control integrity, support Co-packing process quality management continuous improvement.4.Responsible for quality training plan development and delivery. Develop and handle Develop Quality course and Train Plant personnel. Review Quality Systems training session and insure completion according to training plan.5.Responsible for product quality compliance, product release and non-conformance product control and management

1.Assist supervisor with performing Micro Laboratory maintenance and Micro Control Programs in the company.2.Be responsible for Microbiological Laboratory Control Programs including testing method validation, equipment/instrument qualification and calibration etc. to assure in conformance to Quality Standard and Guidelines.3.Validate and use approved laboratory testing methods for the analysis of finished product, raw materials, process water and work in process.4.Maintains the laboratory quality assurance systems to assure validity of data.5.Perform Micro monitoring in manufacturing processes, participate critical systems including water, environmental system, compressed air system and C&S Micro control programs to assure product conformance and work cross functionally to promote continuous improvement.6.Collect and analyze data including finished products, raw material, water system, environmental data, compressed air system, WIP and swabbing data, draw conclusions and recommend actions; use MSI, MIR and Root Cause Analysis to identify areas of risk and monitor progress.7.Implement a Manufacturing Micro Control Plan which includes all areas of the manufacturing process including raw materials, water system, environmental system, compressed air system, C&S and micro monitoring and/or CPM of defined critical points in the process.
