 Around 25 years experience in Construction industry with exposure to Oil & Gas projects, Building projects, Infrastructure projects and Fast track Military Projects.  Around 21 years experience as Construction Manager & Civil Engineer in Kuwait with diverse projects. Approximately 6 years experience as Civil Construction Engineer in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for the execution of Mega project “Clean Fuel Project” in Kuwait having project value of 16 Billion USD. Currently working as Assistant Civil Manager in Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T Ltd), Kuwait. Exposure to Fast track Military projects in Kuwait, Iraq and Qatar including in Al Jaber AB, Ali Al Salem AB, Camp Arifjan, Al Udeid AB, Camp Bucca and other locations. Clients include KBR, US Army Corps of Engineers, C.K.G.S, Dyn Corps Int’l, DYN CORP INT’L, MKM Engineers etc Familiar with Brown field work procedures and experienced with shutdown jobs Responsible for QC inspection of all Civil, Building, Structural, fire proofing & underground piping works.  Familiar with all international / local standards including DEP & ASTM standards. Lead role in attending Mechanical completion (MC) walk downs & PSSR site visits.  Responsible for the co-ordination and safe execution of all Tie-in works of utility lines (ODS, AOC, Sanitary and Storm water line) inside the Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery. Experienced in handling warranty issues and initiating Defect Notification Requests (DNR).  Responsible for the preparation all submittals including material submittal , WMS & drawing submittals Experienced in negotiating with major suppliers/subcontractors, approving important Purchase orders & Sub contractor Agreement and inspection of main project materials. Having valid KNPC work permit issuer card, work permit executor card, Level II work permit card, Confined space Entrant card & authorized gas tester card. Having valid approval from Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE). Having KSE approval card valid till 2023.
