Senior Engagement Manager
CurrentUnderstand the clients’ business needs, translate the need to a project plan and implement the plan to develop proactive solutions.Engage with sales, engineering and servicing teams to manage & deliver seamless client experiences.Supervise daily operations, establish performance/service goals and hold resources accountable to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction and employee productivity.Prepare and maintain presentations, proposals and documentation for clients.Use cloud-based tools to plan, manage and schedule tasks, keep track of timelines and ensure effective communication throughout the project cycle.Brainstorm new campaigns and ideas in conjunction with the marketing team and provide insights to the sales team to help them score projects. Build relationships and manage accounts to retain existing clients and establish long-term business growth.Lead project cost negotiations and assist the marketing team with sales closings.Collaborate with the finance team and ensure invoicing accuracy for delivered projects.Ensuring the company remains compliant and adheres to the terms listed in service agreements.Allocating required manforce to stay on track with the milestones and deliver projects within the estimated timelines.
