My passion is in making a meaningful impact on people in areas important to their health and well-being. I get great joy in seeing light bulb moments where people who have struggled with an overwhelming amount of information begin to grasp complicated concepts and gain the confidence to move forward unintimidated. When I'm not working in employee benefits, I'm functioning as a manager at home, communicating with key stakeholders on important events (i.e., my husband and my child's grandparents), multitasking routine and non-routine operations (e.g., family meals, canine belly rubs, sudden loss of baby teeth) and managing projects (e.g., planning, preparing, and executing birthday parties and play dates).
